1. Setup a Rental Agency, so we can add your home to the MLS, make other Brokers and Renters aware of your available home, then provide the paperwork needed to set everything up. If we're your Broker then the home is automatically added to CharlotteLeaseConnection.com.

2. If you already have a Broker or want to handle things yourself then set up an account and post your home to CharlotteLeaseConnection.com directly. We send most of our rental traffic to this site. If you use this service there will be an advertising fee of $199.00 when you contract with a customer from the site. The initial post is free and if you find the tenant through another method then nothing is due. It's risk free.

2. However the tenant is found if you need help setting up the paperwork, we can handle everything for a brokerage fee of $199.00.
